Dear sir,
I'am writing on behalf of narayanappa layout residents bangalore Karnataka INDIA.
we the residents of narayanappa layout having 35 houses like to form a Residents' Welfare Association, so that our civic problems can be dealt by authorities effectively.
kindly guide us on the procedure to form a Residents' Welfare Association.
