file a complain against State Govt. Department

Can i file a online complain against the delay in our family pension to the Director of Pension Office , Guwahati, Assam?

I will advice you to complaint the officers on the higher posts and then do the necessary proceedings.

If the delay is beyond reasonable time and it is with no reasonable reason, you can file a complaint against the disbursement department or concerned officer.

go the way prescribed by the governement for govt employees.

i will suggest to go step by step. give first complaint to the disbursing officer and then copies to seniors
