Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I gave my passport and an amount to an travel agent and now he is not returning it. what is the legal procedure to get my passport back.

Write a letter to the agent for return of pass port and send it by RPAD. if he fails to return the same then you can approach consumer forum for return of the pass port and also can claim for loss and damages if any.
