General statements like "abuse and misuse of judicial system by senior citizens,old-age persons" do not get us anywhere.These perceptions are not shared by the judiciary including the Supreme Court of India. Elder Law has developed all over the world on these lines.Abuse of the elderly and children is universal phenomenon which has only now become rampant in India due to changes in lifestyle and break up of the joint family system. Unless you give us the specific facts and exact nature of the suffering you actually went through "for short dates and undue harrasment" it may not be possible for any Counsel to render advice on such a general query with no specifics.
