Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I owned a property and my late mother had allowed an adjacent neighbor to pass across my property to the public road. This was happened before around 20 years and it still remains. The Electrical and water supply has taken in the same passage (3 feet).
No I dont want to allow the same. There is no document/order given by us to them to allow the same. What is the easiest way to stop this?

that passage has become an easement now as it is being used since 20 years. under indian easements act, your case may disallowed.
