Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, My Grand father cultivate the assingned land since 20years. But Actually Govt. issued patta Certficate in 1978 another Names. The people ask return my land, as per the assingned land act should cultivate within 3 years, but they canot cultivate any of the day this piont of you how to take action upon that people. My grand father no. of times appeal the concerned officer for the patta certificate.
