regarding computer operator

sir, around 500 people were enlisted by govt. of punjab in police department as computer operator against the vaccency of constable but govt has advertise only the vaccency of computer operator. Now, govt are treating us as general category by taking the work for which we are not recruited for. If u can help us by giving some guide line under which article we can suit our case.

file a writ in the high court but before that give a representation to the chief of your department.

Details are required to be seen like advertisement of vacancy, Selection of you people,Effect of Govt.decision etc.However if any wrong has caused to you which also effected your right then you may approach High court of your state by way of WRIT provided in Article 226.For any other query/assistance you may contact me on my mobile.
