we belong to hindu family, my grandfther made a will of property on my fathers elder brother name , can my son claim the right in that property

once the property has devolved by will, your son may not have a right. still you can see a lawyer and show all the documents including the will for a better legal opinion. read more on property laws on my website www.karvai.in.
