Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Sir, if a person sells the property to another person by breaking the prior written sale agreement on stamp-paper of Rs.300/- with other person and also not returns his advance paid payment, then under which sections FIR can be lodged against him? Also tell me, is their any time limit to file the police complaint like such cases?

under what offence you intend to lodge an FIR? you have a civil remedy of filing a suit for specific performance of agreement or filing a suit for recovery.
