Use of MOFA Act (Maharashtra Ownership Flat Act)

Hello,

I have an ownership flat in a Co-Operative Hsg Soc. The Builder left a lot of work pending and still the Society was registered 7 mths ago. Now, the Managing Committee of CHS wants to take up the completion of pending jobs which actually is the resposibility of the Builder.

Please suggest me if, I can use the MOFA against the builder so that he realises his responsibility.

All the members of the society may want to take a decision collectively as a body instead of individual members bothering about legal issues involved.
