Legal Question in Construction Law in India

On my own plot I have few trees. They are as follows.

1. Sitaphul (1 Nos.)

2. Ramphul (1 Nos.)

3. Mango (2 Nos.)

4. Coconut (2 No.)

This is an expected area of 25o sq mtrs. I need to cut down the trees

so that i would be able to put a shade and hence my family cars could

get parked there. I do not want to construct anything concrete ? What

are the rules ? Why should the local municipal authorities permit me

for the temporary shade ?

Two mango trees and one coconut trees are totally bent on the

compound wall. I have kept the photographs with me to show to the

local municipal council. Even a survey had been done by tree cutting

committe. Till date i am unable to get the permission. i would really

like to know the rules.

I can never cross the rules. So I feel to get the knowledge.

It really will be very helpful.

Regards.

Sachin.

Generally you cannot cut the trees, only trim them. You need to contact local Municipal lawyer who can assist you appropriately.
