Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I filed a complaint in the state commission for many deficiencies of service committed by a Bank till the date of complaint. They continue to commit the same deficiencies even after the complaint was filed. Can I include additional documents together with a petition and affidavit for similar acts of commissions and Omissions that were done after the filing of the complaint and submit the same at the time of submitting my proof affidavit? It seems the Opposite Party counsel can object by saying only causes of action up to the date of filing complaints are admissible and anything that happened after the complaint was filed, cannot be accepted. Is this correct?. Thanks
