under which sectios or law of conjumer law can a conjumer get compenciation from a bsnk for not deducting actual ammount as prescribed on the form for national agricultural insurance which leads to financial loss and mental disstrace

you first have to check on the basis of facts whether or not you are the consumer under the given facts. In any event the sections would be:

Section 11 - District forum - if complaint is up to 20 lacs

Section 17 - State commission - if from 20 to 1 Crore

Section 21 - National commission - if beyond 1 crore
