Hello,

As per SC , they can not forcefully take the vehicle and have to amicably solve it at the first instance.

In your case when they have received the further two installment, they have to inform you about the lapsed installment and can incur some penalty on the missed installment.

Dear Sir / Madam,

(Bharat Nagar Colony, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh)

Since the December cheque had bounced, you basically defaulted. So please pay up the December payment and request the Finance Company to release your motorbike.
