Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Sir,
Tata indicom sent me bill after surrendering their connection. Hence, I sent them a mail stating my surrender letter and left out of town because of my job nature.
They have been continuously sending me legal notices and now a summon to present myself in tambaram court. Please advise me on this.
Thanks
Seetha

You have not stated what is the bill for. Further you have not stated that you had fully paid the dues at the time of surrendering the connection. If you have not paid then you will have to pay now for the dues.
