We had taken a vehicle which was financed by Shriram Finance . After some time The vehicle was handed over to shriram finance due to non payment of installment. after 5 to 6 years the finance company is against given us notice to clear our dues please guide us

When was the last time you paid your installment. If the last payment made to the company was more than 3 years old then you dont have to pay anything as the claim of the company has become time barred.
