I was postpaid customer to a mobile company

i got a legal notice for non payment of my bill via e mail

sr my credit limit was 2000 n they genrated bill of 4472 rs without ny notification

n later tgey told more than 2000 is charged for net uses

i registred a lot of complain bt the company didnt responded even i complained to appleat athority

i m having complain numbers n mails regurdibg those complain

i waited for 1 month thn they discobected my no.

Sr i m nt convinced yet why to pay bill its there fault

plz suggest the needfull

The mobile Company has a detailed log of your actual monthly usage, which is provided to you, along with your monthly bill, if you have opted for detailed billing in a post paid plan. Increase of credit limit is at the discretion of the mobile service provider.

You can request the service provider to give you the detailed log sheet of usage and verify its authenticity.
