Water connection
i own and reside in an individual bungalow within a small private township can i have corporation water pipe line run through the road permitted by the builder as right of way only which is builders property corporation is ready to sanction connection

You definitely can. Approach your local authority. As to the specific procedure, it will vary with the State and corporation/municipality you are in.

You are entitled to have pipe line laid through the road kept by the builder as a right of way. However, you will be liable to pay for the expenses involved in laying the pipe line like digging of road as also subsequent resurfacing thereof.

You can definitely lay your water pipe through anothers property provided you establish to your local corporation/authority that you have no other means of laying the pipe. It can very well be done.
