Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in

I applied for SBI Card 3 yrs back. I think 2 month after applying, I moved out from that address and stayed at different place. After 3 yrs now, bank executive is calling to threaten me to drag to Lok-Adalat else pay 7000 Rupees to them. Some settlement amount may be adjusted, as per him..
Issue is - bank sent card to my address directly. Without any e-mail/call to me. I never received that card, never used, did not even see that card !
Executive says \"I donot know all that, my system shows due 7000 Rupees. So you have to pay\" !
I would like to know how does this appear in eyes of law ?

if you have neither received nor used the card why would you succumb to the pressure.
