Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

hi, i have been having some financial problems. i am a single mom and some time back i lost my income and recently i have started working with a fairly good salary again. i have a lot of debts most pressing are my car loan and credit card loan. i do intend to pay them back, but currently am not able to as i am barely able to keep my head above the water as such. i need to take care of my daughter and her education etc. the bank has been calling and sending mails and lawyer notices. i have shifted house and they dont have my present address which is the only reason why they havent come home and harrassed me. i would need another 4 months at least before i can start off paying them some money. right now, the next few months i would need to use the money to pay for things like my daughter's school and food. kindly let me know if the credit card company can sue me and take me to court? how can i deal with this? i am very stressed.
