Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I had mortgaged my Aunt property Which is a semi agricultural land in kerala for my business purpose, Infortunately my business collapsed and unable pay my mortagage, Since my Aunt had living there currently and makinh her living by doing some agricultural activities , now she is in the threat of losing it since bank has come there stuck the pocession notice, kindly advice me how can I address this problem, I don't minf if bank sues me instead , I don't want my aunt and her family to sufffer because of me. Kindly suggest me a way out .
