Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I got a Personal Loan thru ICICI. The Loan Period is from 1995 to 1999. Accendently i unable to pay the 7 Dues. Now i plan to apply for Personal Loan but my name is in Cibel. Now i am ready to pay the balance amount. If i paid i can suit apply for personal Loan.

Now my issue is i forgot the ICICI Personal Loan account number, Please advice.
