Type your question here...we have simple problem of one carpenter, he dont have any proof of work and payments received or balance, his clients now refuses to pay balance payments, he made voice recording on his mobile, now we want to know that voice recorded are used as avidence of this matter

In this particualr case,the recording made on his cell phone would be treated as illegal because that must have been done without the prior permission of the carpenter's clients,such type of recordings are treated as illegal and void.
