aunt falsely accuses her nephew for sexual abuse and later on admits in the court that she had given false statement. what are the legal steps he has to take to see that in future she wont trouble him for the same .

He can do the following against her :
1. file a case under Section 193 IPC for giving false evidence
2. File an application under Section 340 CrPC in the ongoing case.
3. He can file an application for compensation under Section 250 CrPC.
4. If nephew was arrested on ground of sexual abuse, He can file application under Section 358 CrPC for compensaion.

as the relation of an aunt and nephew and in case the aunt admitted of giving false evidence in court, it is advisable to bury the issue here as she may not trouble the nephew in future due to her own misadventure.
