Sir,

My question is that I am resident of place '' X '' and a case has been filed at place '' Y '' against me and some of well wishers of Complaintant at place '' X '' who are behind the case are creating hurdles in compromising the matter since the Complainant has left to the well wishers for compromise. Kindly let me know what appropriate steps can be taken against them.

What kind of hurdles are being created? What kind of case is filed? Whether a compromise is possible in law? - Please clear on facts.
