Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
there is a legal case filed against my friend in karnataka lower court and the charge sheet has not been submitted by the police yet.The court has ordered the police to seize my friends bank account and has kept his cell phone and laptop.The charge sheet is not filed for more than an year now . Can you please tell me how many years the police have to file a charge sheet. case is under sectio 420.
