what is the recovery procedure for maintenance in protection of women from domestic violence act?
how can recover mony of maintenance in this act?

Dear Friend,
It all depend up on judge,first of all the wife need to show husband is working and earning good income,if husband is un employee then 50% of chance to get maintenance from husband,if husband is working then you will get 500/- to 1000/- per month.
