Consult a local lawyer for the remedies. Please note that such cases may get little ugly when it goes to court. Hence, you need to be mentally prepared for the same.

Re: Sexual harrassement

Physical relationship was with consent. So rape is maintenabble but coz he lived with you as husband and wife, so you can allege that he got married with you in Mandir and so you were living as husband and wife but it is possible if your neighbours can give thier evidence. (Plz first clerify about it from your neighbours).

Else there are other options which could be guide depends upon the answer of your neighbours.

Criminal prosecution can be lodged for charges of cheating. You can also prosecute him for committing rape, since to have physical relationship on false promise of marrying also amounts to rape, as held by Supreme Court.
