Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir i want to ask about chemical analysis report..can it be forged report..because in one case witness told that he saw blood stain on sord when murder occured..the same sord was siezed by police and send to chemical analysis ..but according to chemical analysis report there was no blood stain on sord.. so accused can take benefit of this contradiction.. thats why i want to know ..can chemical analysis report be made forged..and if it can.. then how to prove whether chemical analysis report is true or false

the chemical analysis report is per se admissble in evidence. however, there is every possibilty f human error or sabotage. possibility of forgery etc. can not be ruled out
