Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

who will give the address to court for sending divorce summons. If my husband gives wrong address and if am not able to collect the same, would not be able to attend the court meetings and then court can issue exparte divorce. Am afraid... please advice.

even if an ex parte order is pronounced, you may hire a lawyer and move an application for setting aside ex parte order. you also have an option of filing a caveat if you anticipate that he will file a petition for divorce.
