cutting down trees
i want to report cutting of tree by a person. the tree is on municipal road in front of the house of the person who had it cut. still is it not an offence?

Yes you can complain in the MC and in the pollution control Board as well,felling of the trees in the public places should be done by the authorities(though the law is not fully implemented)only if they have become troublesome/hindrance to the public lives.
