Legal Question in Family Law in India

If in 125 and DV case, husband states in written reply to court (no affidavit submitted till now though )that he is not working since 5 years and has no income and later wife shows his bank statements ,on basis of which TC orders ITR ( ITR was submitted to court. it was filed for business category )My question is can Perjury ,340 or any other case be filed against him?

A case is perjury is maintainable only after conclusion of proceedings. You should mainly focus on getting maintenance.
