Admissbility Digital photos and Voice recordings

Do the Family court and Indian courts accept digital phots and cell phone , voice recordings as evidence.if so can any judgments or citation be given?

Depends on evidence of genuineness of photos and recordings and corroboration of other evidence with them

Yes in 2000 by virtue of information and technology act section 39 of indian evidence act was amended and all statement recorded as electronic records were made admissible evidence subject to the same being proved as in case of any other form of evidence.
