hello all,
kindly help me ... compromise deed is in process between husband and wife for MCD.
Husband and party wants wife to withdraw all the cases( case u/s 125 and u/s domestic violanc)
just after the first motion petition gets filled. wife has a doubt that husband might not come turn for the second motion.
Q1: Is it safe for Wife to withdraw all her petitions before second motion.? if yes then wen to and if not then wat to do.?
Q2: Has supreme court given any new updates on the "contempt of court"?
Q3: The procedure for re-opening these cases wud be easy or its tedious?

i cannot understand your question please give a clear question
The procedure is to withdraw all the criminal case etc by the girl after the mutual consent divorce has been done and the decree received from the court. You are suppose to mention in your 2nd motion that the girl is going to withdraw Domestic Violence , sec 125 crpc cases etc from the court .I would suggest you to withdraw your cases once your MCD case is over.
