Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am already back to india on 29th of march 2012. so divorce paper from her side with translation copy is enough. and nothing to do with child because child is 4 month old and as per law child go to her easily. what i want to know if i dont sign complete custody paper of child in name of my wife even than i get divorce or not because i am just a student.

custody is different from divorce. you may take divorce and leave the custody issue hanging.

Yes. Custody of child is a different issue and divorce is different.

So you can get divorce even if you don't agree for child custody.

Where did you get marry ? if India ,then the Divorce in any other country becomes void if you have contested or not the jurisdiction of the foreign court.
