Legal Question in Family Law in India

In case of divorce if court order to pay one third/one fourth of my salary to my wife,

but what if i will lost my job or i resign from my job and don't work

I don't have any other income and i don't own any property or house.

i can stay with my parent house.

the maintenance is paid according to earning capacity of the husband and still be ordered even if he quits the job.

As advised before, you cannot escape your liability by resigning your job and by living your parents. The court may attach property of your parents to meet your liability towards your wife.
