I am married and now my wife has had a relationship with another married man and now has delivered his baby. Now he wants to claim for the kid. Can he do so legally? If so How? The childs blood group is of my wife and also on the birth certificate the childs father is shown as me. If I have to retain the custody of the child what is the procedure? Please advice
