Legal Question in Family Law in India

My cousin recently got married but he was neither aware of the disease his wife has. His wife sometimes gets stuck with some strong fits which is causing a lot of problems in his life. They don't have any child till now and my cousin wants divorce. So, can my brother go for divorce or there would be any problem in filing divorce case. If any, what can be the problems??
