Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir (Adv Rajiv Gupta), I request you to confirm this point once again :
I have recieved the Original Order on the judgement day itself
( operative order signed by the principal judge of family court with stamp on 9th Sept 2011. )
However the Decree was recieved by me on 3rd Dec 2011 (same was signed on 11th Nov after my application on 20th Sept)
Do I still have to wait for another 3 months starting 3rd Dec?
Sorry I am being persistant, but i have gone thru a lot of trauma from the time I have applied for divorce in 2009

if it is a mutual consent divorce then no but from facts it seems it is a contested divorce then you have to wait till the appeal period expires.

it is advisable to wait for 90 days starting from 3rd Dec.

Yes you have to wait for 90 days from 3rd dec.
