Degree of Divorce
I need a degree of divorce, Have only an mutual seperation agreeement on stamp paper. Or an order/permission to remarry with out hassle.

No shortcuts available. Agreement of no use.No court will grant Order / permission to remarry. You must seek decree of divorce for which you need to consult a good lawyer.

If both of you are Hindus, and if the marriage was solemnised as per Hindu rites and ceremonies, you need to file a decree for dissolution of marriage based upon mutual consent.

You have to get divorce from competent court of law and only then you shall be entitled to remarry.

Without the order of the court or divorce from the court, your all steps will be illegal
