judgement under old law

the family court act 1984 is a superceding act and the sec 20 say so,but the judge has accepted the case under hindu marriage act and has given judgement accordingly,on22/08/2007.what action can i take

Hindu Marriage Act has not been superseded. Therefore, judgement under HMA is valid.
