Legal Question in Family Law in India

divorce

my wife had filed for a divorce us13(1a) of hindu marriage act,i happen to read the family court act,and sec 20 says that it is a super seding act,and hence the case should not been filed uner sec 13(1a) but under family court act,the judge has also given judgement, the judges seems to be whimsical and they have little regard for the law...what recourse do i have against the said judgement
