A divorced man can marry a unmarried women. There is no bar to such marriage under the Hindu marriage or Special marriage act.

Yes, you can enter into the contract of Marriage with an Unmarried lady having children. However, you will also become the foster father of such children and the consequential rights and liablities would arise.
