Expartee proceedings and order.

Dear Law Guru.

1. My Ex wife is in UAE

2.I am In India

She has hided my six years child some where in India and police in India has fialed tolocate

3. I have filed and writ and hebious corpusat Inia which are still pending.

Mean while she has f moved the court at Dubai forthe custady of child.

Question: will the case shall be maintainable there.

2.Will t expartee proceedings and any order shall have any value in India or in UAE ?

3. Will she be able to ask the pasport authorities in Inida to get the passport for the child which she has hided some where in Bihar and asking for Ransome.

i dont know about the UAE law but any order which is against the law of india will not be applicable here. and as u have moved the courts here i dont think that she will be able to get any relief here in india without moving to indian courts.

you appear to be emotional and full of vengeance; a mother does not have to ask for ransom for her own child; please understand the legal rights of a mother vis-a-vis her child.

You have already approached the court by filing a writ of Habeas Corpus; naturally, through a counsel.

please try to confide in your counsel.
