i heard that if government empolee get second marriage, the government take his job, isnt true?
so i want to ask, my husband is owner govt ration shop in siddipet sajid pura street medak, so govt cannot take his ration shop, if he will get marraige again

That really makes sense, but the said law if for the people who are employed as employee. Not for the people who are running some business affiliated to Govt. But yes, you can very well catch him in criminal cases like bigamy, divorce, domestic violence, etc. And with this, if you know and if you can prove the same, that he is doing something illegal at the said ration shop, you can apply for dismissal of his said application.
