married according to HMA

i have filed DV act case against husband living abroad and against inlaws living in india in another city.

since the past 6 months they are deliberately avoiding court notices...

i came to know they are trying to use the influence of some minister to turn the case in their favour..can they really succeed in their attempts?i am asking for all my streedhan,compensation for damages and for maintenance.

i have a private lawyer but no money and power to take the help of ministers...i m suffering for 2 years now.please advise...i m very worried

unless the lawyer goes through your petition under DV act and other relevant documents, it cannot be suggested as to how the political leader can influence the judge. a judge cannot pass an illegal order even under political influence. its better if you send in all the documents or post a detailed question.

Have patience and service will be carried out. If the lower court order does not satisfy you, you can always appeal and get justice.
