hi,
my friend met a girl through hi friends in a party,slowly the became friends n they even had physical relations slowly she started demanding for marriage and when the boy refused she complained in the police n filed a suit for raping her.To solve this case hi lawyers guided him to marry her n they did marriage in arya samaj temple.The boy still managed n tried to convince her to live together but only after 15 days she went back to her father place and since then she is living she is living there.the problem is that she is continuously abusing the boy on phone harassing him that she did this only for money and just to get physically satisfied of which we have audio proves (her recordings on phones).But now for few months she is even not ready to give divorce n says that she will do this him like this for all hi life due to which my friend is very depressed we even caught her with other guys late night.hoe and what we can do to get rid from this problem.please help us............

You need to approach court for divorce and there you can adduce tape recorded evidence and other evidence to prove the character of the girl.
