Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband arrested in 498A and jailed and bailed. After that what is the process

for the case and what followup with police we have to do. We put case DMV and

maintenance. He is having Poultry Farm on his mother name which he is maintaining

for that proof we are unable to prove in this case can i get maintenance for me and my 2 years son. And any other cases to be put on him because we have

given dowry of rs.5,00,000/- and land which registered on my name and the documents are holding with him. pl.advise me sir. We put case of DMV on theri

mother,father and two elder brothers. pl. advise any of suggestion to get diffenet

maintenance.

you have to submit the address and poultry farm income tax return etc to get good maintenance and about follow, the case will go on in the court and police will handle the case and you have to provide proofs etc.
