my husband filed a divorce case against me on dec 2010 and i filed for restitution of conjugal rights in oct 2011 i am suffering a lot all this one year going through court without my fault i have two children one is 1year other is 3 years old is there any process to speed up the court proceedings in my restitution of conjugal rights case i have all evidences against him

have u filed any petition for maintenance or domestic violence against your husband? is there any 498a complaint pending against him? do come back with all the facts.

Even if you get the Decree of Restitution against your husband, you cannot force him to stay with you but only get a reason to get divorce from him. You should have filed a complaint before the Crime against Women cell for dowry demand etc against your husband and his family. File a petition under the domestic violence act for maintenance etc. I am sure these methods are going to help you in the long run.
