Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband & his fmly members harrased me physically and mentally for dowry.Arrest warrant is in process .As my husband never opened a bank a/c in the yrs of my marraige but except me he has opened bank of his many members of his family in India in which he used to transfer money from abroad.How can i use this point in my case and also as i want the details of his familiy members bank a/c in India so that i can show it to the court .what is the procedure of getting those details?

you may have to move appropriate application in the court where your case is pending seeking directions of the court to the banks.
